2024 YLSY Overseas Postgraduate Education Scholarship Application Announcement
In order to train the qualified manpower needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad for postgraduate education with the scholarship provided by our Ministry based on the Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries (YLSY Scholarship Program). In this context, 668 students will be sent abroad to receive official scholarship status for master's and/or doctorate studies within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program.
